  • [01] Safe estimation of elections result expected at 21:30

ANA/MPA---The first safe estimation of the elections result is expected at 21:30 on Sunday, two and a half hours after the closing of the polling stations.

Singular Logic, the company responsible for the transmission of the results said that a safe estimation of the elections result will be possible at 21:30 via the system SRT (the use of special mobile phones in 4,800 poll stations) that will directly inform the company.

However, if the party that will win the elections will have the parliamentary majority (151 deputies) will become clear many hours later, probably Monday at dawn, because it depends on the percentage (3 pct) of the parties that will not succeed to enter into the new parliament.

[02] PASOK leader voted in Thessaloniki

ANA/MPA---PASOK leader Evangelos Venizelos in a statement on Sunday noted "the Greek people must make the selections that will lead them to something better and not to something worse, for them and for their children".

    Venizelos voted in Thessaloniki.
