[01] Greek parliament approves proposal on loan agreement
The Greek parliament approved in the early hours of Saturday the draft
bill for the "Negotiation and Achievement of a Loan Agreement with the
European Stability Mechanism (ESM)".
Voting by roll call vote, 251 lawmakers approved the proposal, 32
voted "No", while 8 called "Present", Parliament Vice President Alexis
Mitropoulos announced.
Governing coalition partners SYRIZA and ANEL approved the draft bill,
along with New Democracy, Potami and PASOK, while Golden Dawn and the
Communist Party voted against it.
