[01] New Democracy: Govt lying when it says it won't cut pensions
Main opposition New Democracy party on Monday accused government
spokeswoman Olga Gerovasili of lying when she claimed pensions will
not be cut again, pointing out that the recently approved 2016 budget
foresees another round of reductions in primary pensions.
"The government included in the budget pension cuts, totaling 1.7 billion
euros, and committed to general cuts of up to 3.2 billion euros," ND
stated in a press release. Furthermore, the party charged that instead
of reinstating the so-called "13th pension" during the holidays, as it
had promised, it has proceeded with 13 pension cuts.

wish for longevity and a good life.
The event will be followed by a choir performance featuring traditional

To attend the event, visitors will have to purchase an entrance ticket.
[03] Public sector union ADEDY asks top court to cancel law increasing

George Katrougalos, Deputy Minister for Social Insurance Issues Tasos
