[01] Temperatures to peak at 41C on Saturday
Bright, sunny and very hot weather is forecast on Saturday, with a
heatwave bringing temperatures as high as 41C in parts of mainland
Greece. Winds will blow from mainly northerly directions, between 3-4
Beaufort, reaching up to 5 Beaufort in the Aegean. Temperatures in
Epirus and northern Greece will range from 36C to 38C, in the rest of
the mainland from 39-40C and between 35C and 37C on the Aegean islands
and Crete.
