[01] Political tensions rise over changes to electoral law
Political tensions are rising in relation to the government's
invitation to opposition parties to participate in a dialogue on
proposals for changes to the electoral law. Both New Democracy and the
Communist Party have refused to take part, while the Coalition of the
Left and the DIKKI party expressed their willingness to join the
dialogue, with the aim of establishing a simple representative system.
