Leonidas Koumakis, author of "The Miracle" will be on a speaking tour in the United States during the month of February. His book is about the Turkish policies against Hellenism, focusing on his family's experiences during the 1964 pogroms and their subsequent expulsion from their ancestral home of generations.

Speaking events are being organized by The Greek American Monthly and several sponsoring organizations in: NEW YORK, NEW JERSEY, CHICAGO, MONTREAL, TORONTO, PITTSBURGH, AKRON (OH), DETROIT, PHILADELPHIA, WASHINGTON DC, LOS ANGELES, BOSTON AND ST. LOUIS.
