Engineering Manager

The basic purpose of the position is the management and technical support of the Design, Engineering and Machines Construction departments with the purpose of improvement of manufacturing processes and machines for the new products industrialization as well as for the automation and improvement of the existing production lines.

Position Requirements

• Supervises human resources and assesses staff training needs, Performs staff assessment

• Keeps the department expenses at an ideal level

• Suggests and undertake modifications concerning the department’s operational methods and tools.

• Coordinate and control technical and economic feasibility studies and contributes in the development of complex mechanisms and automated systems.

• Participates in the study and development of innovating manners using new technologies, which would be needed in future manufacturing processes or could improve the existing.

• Cooperate and communicate with the Machine shops and Subcontractors for machines parts fabrication.

• Responsible of new machines construction and delivery.

• Assures that each machine has been designed and manufactured meeting the technical specifications and requirements into the time schedules.

• Collaborates with Institutes, Universities, Partners on the development and customization of new product manufacturing technologies.

Candidate Profile

• University Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• Minimum 8 years working experience on Machine design and Production Manufacturing.

• Excellent knowledge in mechanical design, machine elements, applied mechanics, pneumatics, automation technologies, Pro/ENGINEER.

• Very good command of English.

• Strong analytical, communication and planning skills, as well as creative thinking.

Position Requirements

• Manages construction projects

• Assesses potential risk of specific projects

• Manages and supervises contractors, providing advice on civil engineering issues

• Secures new projects and ensures their proper running

Candidate Profile

• University degree in Civil Engineering

• Minimum 8-10 years of work experience in the construction and/ or real estate development sectors

• Proven experience in project management

Position Requirements

• Holds P&L responsibility for the assigned region.

• Participates in the annual budget formulation.

• Harmonizes the Commercial Policy between subsidiaries.

• Monitors inter - company transactions and consults on pricing strategy.

• Supervises the logistics and accounting outsourced functions, as well as the daily operations.

• Defines and executes territory sales plans.

• Manages complex enterprise sales in regard to Key Accounts.

Candidate Profile

• University degree in an Engineering Discipline, preferable Electrical. A postgraduate degree is highly desirable.

• At least 8 years of sales experience, 3 of which at a managerial level, gained preferably within a manufacturing company.

• Prior expertise within the South – Eastern Europe region is highly desirable.

• Travelling flexibility.

• Fluency in English.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
