    ANKARA - United Nations (U.N.) Secretary General Kofi Annan expected all parties to give him written commitment till April 9 after he presented his final Cyprus plan to the parties, diplomatic sources said on Thursday. Diplomatic sources said that Turkish Cypriot and Greek Cypriot sides, three guarantor powers Turkey, Greece and Britain should present their written commitment to the U.N. till April 9.
