SARAJEVO - The chief of the OSCE mission in the former B&H Robert Frowick have threatened that the Serbian Democratic Party will be excluded from elections, if the RS president Radovan Karadzic "don't leave the power untill the end of the week" - reports AFP. "SDS risks to be excluded from elections scheduled for September 14, this year if Karadzic stay at its head after July 19" - said Frowick.

SARAJEVO - Republika Srpska (RS) is firm in its stance that the borders must be the same as those on 1:600,000 map of Novem ber 21, 1995 signed in Dayton, stated the vice president of RS Government and president of the RS Commission for Demarcation Velibor Ostojic for Serb TV. Ostojic also said that during re drawing of the borders on the socalled 1:50,000 operative map, RS lost estimated 170 square kilometres of territory.

BANJALUKA - The candidates of the Democratic patriot block /DPB RS/ at the impending elections highlighted that the unifica tion of Srpska with FR Yugoslavia, "by use of the Dayton Agree ment and syntagm 'special connection'" as one of the basic programme objectives" of that block. The candidate DPB for the president of RS Predrag Radic said at the press conference at Banjaluka that "Srpska will in the same way like Croatia, using its special connections, be strongly tied with Serbia, Montenegro and FR Yugoslavia, and all in accordance with the Dayton Agree ment".

BANJALUKA - The Main Board of the National party /NS RS/ promoted at Banjaluka its candidates on the lists for the par liament of RS and the Presidential Council of the Joint Assembly with the MoslemCroatian federation, and lists for the local elections in municipality assemblies. While presenting candidates at the press conference, the president of NS Radoslav Brdjanin stressed that the Main Board decided not to nominate its repre sentatives for the president and vicepresident of Srpska and the member of the joint presidency.

CLEVELAND - Clinton's administration gave the "green light" to the Iranian terrorist organisation "The Revolutionary guard" to arm Bosnian Moslems - writes "Los Angeles Times". "In the period from may 1994 till January 1996, Iran, over Croatia, had sent to Bosnian Moslems more than 5,000 tones of weapons" - writes the news and adds: "that it's cynical that the arms and and military instructors for Bosnian Moslems were arriving from Iran, the state which Clinton is always accusing as the centre of the international terrorism".

HAMBURG - The German twomonthly review "Novo", in the text dedicated to the report about the work of Hague Tribunal, warned that the western journalists completely lost the ability of critical distance concerning tha stances of their governments about the war on Balkans, its causes and consequences. "The degeneration of the western journalists became very rarely so clearly evident, like in the case of the reporting about the work of the Hague Tribunal. The western journalists reached the bot tom, while becoming the court spokesman of the western official authorities" - warns the eminent German review.

PARIS - In France the satanisation of the Serbian people is continued with the aim of covering the serious obstacle for peace - insatiability of the Sarajevan's Islamists, because its quite certain that Moslems are looking for the way for sabotage of the September's elections. The Hague comedy, indictment and interna tional warrant for arresting the president Karadzic and general Mladic, is the main support of the skillfully designed campaign, which aim is to blame in advance Serbs for what Moslems conceived - preventing the September's elections and the right of the Serbian people for the free voting.

LONDON - With the arrival of the main U.S. negotiator for the former B&H Richard Holbrooke at Belgrade to talks with the Serbian president Slobodan Milosevic, starts the new wave of the fascist harassment against the Serbian people and its interests. Holbrooke is sent by U.S. president Clinton to tell Milosevic that he must arrest president Karadzic and general Mladic, if he wants to avoid the move for investigations against him by Hague Tribunal, about his responsibility for what is seen by interna tional community and Washington as "the Serbian crime of genocide in the former B&H" - writes in an comment the SRNA correspondent from London Redomir Sekulovic.

LOS ANGELES - The U.S. officials could curb the Iranian influence in the former B&H, while urging other Islamic countries to sell arms to the Moslem's government in Sarajevo, instead of allowing the shipments from Iran - states the weekly "Los Angeles Times". "Since 1993 till 1995, tha adviser of the U.S. president for the former B&H Richard Holbrooke came out with the plan according to which the countries such as Saudi Arabia, Turkey and Pakistan should have offer the aid to Moslems in the war against Serbs and RS" - announces the news.

CLEVELAND - His Holly Highness the Serbian Bishop Mr. Pavle, gave to the governor of the state Ohio Djordje Vojnovic, last week, during the visit to the Serbian orthodox churches in U.S.A., the gratitude for help to Serbian church and organising the humanitarian actions.

SKOPJE - At the place Bize, 56 km southwest from Tirana, started the military manoeuvres called "Peaceful Ural '96", at which participate the eight member countries of NATO and "Part nership for peace" - U.S., Italy, Greece, Turkey, Romania, BJRM and Albania. Under the command of U.S. generals, planned actions till July 21 will be operated by infantry, air and naval forces.
