It is concluded that the essential interest of the people of RS is that Dayton Agreement were consistently lead to an end, because by it the objectives of vital importance for all citizens were defined and it was expressed the expectation that the Government of Srpska will find joint solutions with the representatives of international community for problems which are on the way for holding the impending elections in regular conditions. SRNA learns unofficially that the part of the meeting of Milosevic with Westendorp and Klein was attended by Krajisnik too, and the topic was the elections in RS. According to the unofficial information, the president Krajisnik conveyed the stance of the state leadership of RS that the exit from the current political crisis is possible only through elections on all levels - local, parliamentary and presidential.BELGRADE - The High international Representative Carlos Westendorp stated in Belgrade that the municipal elections in RS and Federation B&H "must be held as anticipated on September 13 and 14". After the talks with the president of FR Yugoslavia Slobodan Milosevic, Westendorp said at the press conference that the Yugoslav president also agreed with the assessment that the elections in RS are the only way for getting out of crisis. Answering the question whether it was talked about eventual presidential elections in RS, the High Representative said that "these elections do not depend on international community". BELGRADE - The president of FR Yugoslavia Slobodan Milosevic stated during the talks with the High international representative for B&H Carlos Westendorp and his deputy Jacques Klein, that "the crisis in RS requires the political solution which could be achieved only through whole elections under the supervision of OSCE". "In circumstances which appeared now only by total elections could be secured the impartial approach which is the key of success of the Dayton process" - it is said in the announcement from the cabinet of the president of FRY issued after the talks on implementation of Dayton Agreement and steps which must be undertaken for the normalisation of the situation in RS and Federation B&H. GLAMOC - The commander of the First Corps of RS Army colonel general Momir Talic assessed in Glamoc that the "status in RS Army is not worsened not a least, no matter the current situation and political connotations in RS". He reminded on constitutional and legal obligations of the members of VRS stressing that "there is no any reason for different behaviour, except to fulfil our constitutional and legal obligation in the defence of the Serbian people and territory of RS". "The army is performing its every day duties and planned tasks in accordance with Constitution" - stressed general Talic rejecting any possibility that VRS will be involved in solving the political situation in RS. ZVORNIK - The municipal Board /OO/ of the Serbian democratic party /SDS/ of Zvornik supported the Ministry of Internal affairs /MUP/ of RS and minister Slavko Paleksic in "attempts to prevent breaking down the institutions of the system". In the letter was paid tribute to the MUP because it together with the people of Semberija, Majevica, Posavina and Birac successfully defended its own and unity of the people of RS people" and prevent president Plavsic in the intention to establish "the parallel police forces". ZVORNIK - The president of the Drina region of the Serbian Radical Party /SRS/ of RS Radenko Ristic announced in Zvornik that the radicals will submit the protest to OSCE because announced datum that for the voting in Zvornik was registered 22.993 Moslems, which is 43,2 % of total electorate in this municipality. At the press conference he reminded that at the last year's elections in Zvornik was registered only 8,500 Moslem voters, and asked how such a big difference appeared on the lists for impending local elections. ZVORNIK - Out of total number of voters registered on preliminary voting lists for next local elections in Zvornik municipality 30,023 or 56,9% of voters are Serbs and 22,993 or 43,2 are Moslems - it is announced from OSCE Office in Zvornik. The total number of registered voters in this municipality /53,016/ is significantly greater than expected. SERBIAN BROD - Several thousands of citizens of Serbian Brod gathered in front of the Custom office to express their protest because of announcing the rally of the Croatian Democratic Community /HDZ/ in this city,saying decisively that criminals and victims cannot be together. The leaders of HDZ announced through the media that the rally will be held on the city stadium, i.e. on the place where in 19932 was the "ustashas" detention camp for Serbs from region of BRod and other Posavina municipalities. VIENNA - The Contact Group for the former Yugoslavia in Vienna "is seriously considering" the proposal of the Russia on holding extraordinary parliamentary and presidential elections in RS -reports AFP calling upon un- named diplomatic sources. The Russia, who with France, Germany, Great Britain and USA makes Contact Group , proposed holding extraordinary presidential elections, because of solving political crisis in RS. ZURICH - The Swiss authorities denied the claims that the former president of RS has opened bank accounts in this country, As reports Radio "Free Europa", the Swiss authorities announced that after checking it was concluded that such information were false. ZAGREB - The three former Croatian policeman, indicted that they are together with already detained Miro Bajramovic responsible for death of 86 persons, mainly Serbs, killed during the arm conflicts in Croatia in 1991 were arrested in Zagreb -reports AFP. According to the announcement of the Zagreb regional court, reported by the Croatia agency HINA, Igor Mikula /26/, Munib Suljic /38/ and Nebojsa Hodak /31/ are charged for criminal acts qualified by the Croatian Criminal Law as war crimes. VUKOVAR - The transitional administrator of UN William Walker attended the farewell of 157 persons of the Serbian nationality who are coming back to their homes in Croatia. Seeing off the third group of Serbs, the administrator Walker expressed the hope in the process of two way return of refugees, and noted that the obligation of the Croatian Government is to provide the maximal security for all returnees. MOSTAR - Moslem policemen from the joint police forces in Hercegovina- Neretva Canton were shooting over the heads of the greater group of children in the Stolac settlement Gorica from the fire arms - reports the Croatian radio Herceg-Bosna.
