PODGORICA - The president of Republika Srpska (RS) Biljana Plavsic stated
for Podgorica paper "Pobjeda" that for this Serbian state, created through
the war and recognised in Dayton, many victims had fallen, and that no one
has the right to play with its further destiny for own interests of
personal authority. "It is high time that we, elected by people, enable to
our citizens normal work and living conditions", said Mrs. Plavsic.
PODGORICA - The RS president in the B&H Presidency Momcilo Krajisnik warned
that a compromise has to be found for the interest of the people in order
to make possible a normal functioning of the National Assembly (NS) of RS.
Commenting the interrupted Constitutive Session in Bijeljina, Krajisnik
stated for the "Pobjeda" that he had tried with the RS president Biljana
Plavsic to find solution for the normal work of the parliament before the
session. "I have tried to agree with Mrs. Plavsic to prevent that no one
tries to break to the top. It seems all of this have failed", said
Krajisnik.
RUDO - The RS Minister for Religion Vojislav Topalovic warned yesterday, on
December 29, in Rudo that in the case of outvoting Serbian Democratic Party
(SDS) and Serbian Radical Party (SRS), disbanding of the NSRS and imposing
of the protectorate are likely to happen. "Again they are trying to declare
us to be guilty, using the system of dictate and compulsions, with which
assistance they are already ruling in Europe. This was the test for all
those who want the break down of RS", said Topalovic.
BELGRADE - A member of the Federal Committee for gathering data on crimes
against humanity and international law the judge Ilija Simic claims that
before the war the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MUP) of B&H through
illegal affairs made profit which was used for arming the Muslim para-
military units. "Though prewar MUP was formally unique state organ, its
work was subordinated to interests of Muslim-Croatian option", says Simic
in the interview for SRNA reminding that Alija Delimustafic was appointed
as the head of MUP, who is a former policeman, but because of malversations
he was thrown out from the service.
BELGRADE - The judge Ilija Simic accuses "Green Berets" for planing the
massive massacre of Serbs form Sarajevo just three days after they had
organised the murder of Serbian witness at the wedding Nikola Gardovic in
Bascarsija. "One of the assailants fired four shots in cousin of Gardovic.
Ramiz Delalic Celo, a pre-war criminal and one of the leaders of the "Green
Berets", fired at Nikola, who soon after died", reminds Simic.
