SARAJEVO - The vicepresident of the Republika Srpska /RS/ Biljana Plavsic rejected all accusations of the international community according to which for the war at the region of the former B&H Serbs are to blame, while adding that Serbs were only defending themselves, so to achieve deprived selfdetermination.

BELGRADE - The Deputy Minister of the Foreign Affairs in RS government Radomir Lukic assessed for the tomorrow's weekly magazine "Javnost" /publicity/ that the peace in the former B&H won't be jeopardised "if the existence and security of RS isn't endangered". "Srpska has no any reason to threaten by applying the armed force or to apply it, but, if Moslem's Unitarianism, hegemony and expansionism would be fed by side, that could be dangerous for peace" - warned Lukic.

BELGRADE - From the beginning of the war in the former Yugoslavia Croats and Moslems committed against Serbian people horrible atrocities in front of which, despite the facts, so called western democracy and civilisation is persistently closing eyes - concludes the Belgrade's "Vecernje novosti" /evening news/. The news highlights that, thanks to more years work and suffering of the equip of pathologists lead by Zoran Stankovic from the Belgrade's Army medical academy, until now professional ly done and documented war crimes against 5.000 Serbs.

SARAJEVO - Only America and Germany, are requesting the changing of Dayton's mandate of IFOR and his participating in hazardous adventure of arresting the RS leaders. Nevertheless, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Germany Klaus Kinkel recommend to start with that action only after September's elections. With him agrees an anonymous officer of the German ministry of de fence, who thinks that "the arresting would be counterproductive, because it would paralyse elections" - writes the SRNA's journal ist Jovan Ajvazovic.

BELGRADE - The professor Rajko Dolcek from Ostrava ad dressed by his letter to the prosecutor of the Hague Tribunal Richard Goldstone in which he accuses him "that he, by his double criteria became the disgrace of honest and impartial court" - transmits "Vecernje novosti". He warns that the equity was sub stituted by political intentions, and Serbs a priori considered as war criminals.

SARAJEVO - The radionetwork for the free elections - FERN will start with programming on Monday, July 15 - it is announced in the OSCE mission for the former B&H. The radio will during the electoral process broadcast the state, independent programme with electoral information.

SOKOLAC - The electoral appellate subcommission have brought the decision according which the Party of democratic action /SDA/ "is responsible for the forcible attack against Haris Silajdzic, the president of the Party for B&H, at Cazin on June 15 ". In the decision from July11, is emphasised that the forcible behaviour of the members of SDA "is violated the Elec toral codex of behaviour", which was announced by the Provisional Electoral Commission /PEC/ with the aim of implementing of elec toral part of Dayton agreement.

BRUSSELS - The General Secretary of NATO Javiar Solana will visit the former B&H on July 26 - reports AFP according to the statement of one NATO officer. The programme of visit isn't scheduled yet, but the Solana's meeting with the representatives of IFOR and Moslem government in Sarajevo is announced.

MOSTAR - EU have officially announced the results of the Mostar city elections held on June 30, at which the List for unified Mostar of Safet Orucevic, the major of the Moslem part of the city, had got 21 places in the City's Council, and Croatian Democratic Community 16. After this announcement Mostar's Croats have decided to boycott the forming of the City Council.

TIRANA - More than 2.000 soldiers from the nine countries members of NATO and the programme "Partnership for peace" will be participating in the military manoeuvres in Albania - stated the spokesman of the Albanian ministry of defence Pandeli Ristani at the press conference in Tirana. "In question is the most impor tant joint manoeuvres ever organised by the programme "Partner ship for peace". - highlighted the U.S. colonel Tim Thomas.
