BELGRADE - The Congregational National Party (SNS) warned that the international community is trying to challenge the Republika Srpska this that belonged to it by the Dayton Agree ment. "The intention is to, through the crossfire of political and media activity, threats, blackmails, and even with a wanted circular sent out for civil and military leaders, place the RS people in a hapless situation", says a communique of the Party.

ATHENS - The international community intensified its pres sures upon the leaders in the RS and Serbia, and will not, as it seems, calm down until they are arrested, concludes the Greek daily, Elephterotipya, regarding the decision of the Hague Tribu nal to start investigation on the role of President Slobodan Milosevic of Serbia during the civil war in the former Bosnia. "Following an unseen prosecution of the RS leaders, president Radovan Karadzic and general Ratko Mladic, the international community also attacked the president of Serbia", writes the Greek daily in an article titled "The Hague Tribunal attacks on Belgrade".

BRUSSELS - The Belgian media broadcast the statement of the Belgian foreign minister, Eric Derrick, saying that in the case of the issuing of an international warrant and violent arrest of President Radovan Karadzic of Republika Srpska and general Ratko Mladic, the maintenance of September's elections and peace in the former B-H would be brought into a question. "Although the compliance with the international law is important, such decision should not be made quickly, because peace has greater importance", stressed Derrick, adding that "such actions might be taken into consideration only after the elections are finished".

PARIS - Although with diminished intensity, the media satan ism of Serbs is progressing in France, with TV EURO NEWS in the lead, which is trying to present an interview made with RS presi dent Radovan Karadzic on March 1996 as a yesterday's talk. Broad casting the interview along with the photographs of an autopsy performed upon a Muslim from Srebrenica, TV attempted to convince the public that president Karadzic has not, in spite of the request by the international community, transferred his authori sations to the RS vicepresident. Birac, Roberto Barbanuo, stated in Zvornik that he is satisfied with the number of refugees and displaced persons that entered the interim voter registration list for elections scheduled for September. In a statement for SRNA, he specified that more than 90% of refugees and displaced persons and domicile population have been so far registered in the Municipality of Osmaci.

DOBOJ - The Municipal Electoral Commission in Doboj, report ed that 8,000 refugees and displaced persons with the right to vote and 1, 400 domicile citizens have registered themselves for the upcoming elections.

BRATUNAC - Two offices of the Municipal Electoral Commission and a mobile team on the ground carried out the registration of about 11,000 voters, out of which 5,448 or 70% are refugees, temporarily being housed in the municipality.

BANJALUKA - The ICRC office in Banjaluka delivered to the RS and the CroatMuslim Federation additional list of about 2,612 persons who have been missing since the war broke out in the former B-H. A communique says that the RS and the CroatMuslim federation have thus far informed of about 296 missing cases, as well as of the list of 456 unidentified bodies of deceased sol diers and civilians.

VLASENICA - Last night, at about 21:30 hours, due to explosives planted, a IPFT car was destroyed in front of the house wherein international policemen are stationed, stated the Vlasenica Police station for SRNA. When the explosion happened, there were no one around, thus there were no casualties but a car was totally destroyed.
