He explained that the plan of moving Muslim families in the Doboj bordering areas "was not secret, but some details needed to be worked out", thus indirectly admitting that the plan was drawn-up in SFOR base in Doboj.

"The purported victims - brothers Asim and Kasim Belkic, live in Sarajevo", says Maric, who stated that he would ask for renewal of the process. Damjanovic was sentenced by Muslim court in Sarajevo in 1993, because of alleged murder of Belkic and "three other Muslims".

He added that "after UNTAES leaves, the international community would closely monitor the situation in the Srem- Baranja District.

VUKOVAR - The newest list of 161 residents of Eastern Slavonia, Baranja and Western Srem who were not amnestied, presented yesterday by Croatian government, and published by "Vecernje Novosti", was the fabrication, intended for additional pressures and intimidation of the Serbs in he District, stated one of "listed" residents of Vukovar, who pointed out that the Croats "sent such allegedly official lists every day to Vukovar, Ilok, Beli Manastir and other centres, but not address them to the UN administrator, Jack Clain and UNTAES offices".

HAMBURG - The German and French representatives of IFOR used their mission in this region, in a way that they conditioned the arms delivery to the B-H Federation upon dumping nuclear waste in caves in the Federation.
