SARAJEVO - The Council of Ministers of the Dayton B-H, at its session in Lukavica, completely agreed upon the text of Law on external debt, which text will be submitted to the B-H Parliamentarian Assembly for an immediate adoption, stated the copresident of the Council of Ministers, Boro Bosic. He specified that this Law calls for the pre-war period to April 2, 1992 to be considered the time of B-H state debt, while war debts would be regulated by each entity, pursuant to agreements entered into during the war.

SARAJEVO - The prime minister of Republika Srpska (RS), Gojko Klickovic, stated in Serb Sarajevo that "this area is strategically important for RS, so all previous investments made for the area do not correspond the sacrifices this people made for the state", and promised the additional aid for Serb Sarajevo. The RS delegation talked with officials from the Serb municipalities of Ilidza, Novo Sarajevo and Trnovo on preparations for the implementation of Project 1 and Project 2 of the development of Serb Sarajevo. They assessed the establishment of the Serb Sarajevo institutions as a priority task.

SARAJEVO - The RS Press Office denied that Dr Radovan Karadzic gave an interview for the British TV network WTN, and explained that the tape published today in the Eurovision exchange was taken from the Radio-TV of the Republic of the Srpska Krajina. "This is one more attempt at discrediting Dr Radovan Karadzic, in order to libel the RS leadership as uncooperative and to blame them for failure to comply with provisions set by the international community", says the Office.

DOBOJ - The unannounced military training of the Finish SFOR Battalion in the Doboj vicinity upset the local residents, because of about ten detonations, were heard at about 18:00 hrs. SRNA learns in SFOR base in Doboj that the Finish Battalion simulated an attack in a camp outside the zone of separation, one kilometre from the city centre.

DOBOJ - By illegal settling of the community of Hodzici, in the Doboj municipality, by groups of Muslims, a part of the border taken from RS, says a letter of protest sent by the head of the Doboj Police, Vlado Djurdjevic, to SFOR, IPTF and International Commission for Return of Refugees. He stated that six policemen form the Federation were also seen in Hodzici.

DOBOJ - SFOR representatives in Doboj, denied involvement of multi-national forces in air polluting in the wider area of Doboj, and dismissed claims that during NATO air raid, bombs that fell on the nearby hill of Becanj, were filled with uranium. During the bombardment, Serb TV and Radio transmission tower and PTT tower were destroyed. SFOR spokesman in Doboj, major Magnus Edvinon did not want to comment press references to the air polluting, calling them unprofessional.

BEOGRAD - The Serbian Radical Party (SRS) warns that "US intention is to delay the definite decision over Brcko for a year, in waiting for an opportunity to cut the city off RS". The SRS president, Vojislav Seselj, assessed at a press conference in Belgrade that "In their perfidious game, Americans are planning to move Muslims in the bordering areas of Brcko, in order to change the ethnic structure and destroy the local Serb administration".

SARAJEVO - The member of the B-H Presidency and B-H Federation president, Kresimir Zubak, sent a letter of protest to the president of the Hague Tribunal, Antonio Cassese, in which he contends the appointment of judge Vasvija Vidovic as a mediator between the Federation and Tribunal, reports Muslim Radio- Sarajevo. "In capacity of B-H Federation president and member of the B-h presidency, I have to inform you officially that Ms Vidovic was not appointed as a liaison officer with the Tribunal by any official institution of the Federation, thus she is not authorised to present interests of the Federation", says the letter.
