BANJA LUKA - The president of Republika Srpska /RS/ Biljana Plavsic and Kresimir Zubak, the president of the federation B&H /FB&H/ and the president in the Presidency of B&H reached the bilateral agreement in Banja Luka, between Serbian and Croatian side on releasing of all detained prisoners of war and opening mass graves. After the meeting behind the closed doors, the RS president precisely stated that " the representatives of two state Commissions will make the detailed plan for the realisation and final solution of this big problem". "We started also a wide spectre of the economic matters and other forms of cooperation between Serbian and Croatian people", stressed Mrs. Plavsic.

SRPSKO SARAJEVO - The president from RS in the Presidency of B&H and the deputy of the High representative of the international community Michael Steiner concluded in Pale that about the issues of the Central Bank, currency and payment operations should discuss the Presidency of B&H, in which work will participate the governors and experts. In the public announcement from the Cabinet of the president Krajisnik is stressed that they stressed that "this problem should be solved as soon as possible, so the preparations for donor conference, postponed for April 17, should start.

SARAJEVO - The president from RS in the Presidency of B&H Momcilo Krajisnik and the Governor of the National Bank of RS Manojlo Djoric talked in Pale with the governor of the Central Bank of B&H Serge Robert on establishing the Central Bank of B&H. The president Krajisnik presented to Mr. Robert the views of the Serbian side about the organisation of the Central Bank, while stressing that the interest of RS its soonest establishing, because it is the only way for planned financial aid to come in RS and the FB&H - it is said in the statement of Krajisnik's spokesman Mirjana Kusmuk.

BANJA LUKA - The president of the RS Government Gojko Klickovic and the vice-president of the Commercial Chamber of RS Svetislav Mudrenovic discussed with the German economic delegation in Banja Luka about the possibilities of the construction of the railroad Bijeljina-Milosevac, as well as about the reconstruction of existing railroad network. The German delegation will, in the frame of three days working visit to RS, together with the representatives of the Commercial Chamber, visit the Banja Luka's holding company "Incel" and talk about its rehabilitation.

SARAJEVO - The item 9. of the Agreement about the special parallel connections between RS and FR Yugoslavia, which regulates the mutual military cooperation in case of the aggression, "is fully in accordance with the Dayton Agreement and the constitution of B&H" - said the deputy minister of defence of RS Dragan Kapetina. He reminded that the Signatory Parties of Dayton agreement had taken a commitment that they will in accordance with the UN Charter, the Final Helsinki Document and other OSCE documents, all disputes solve exclusively by peaceful way, and that they will restrain from the use of force, respecting the territorial integrity of all of Signatory state of the agreement.

PRIJEDOR - The IPTF spokesman for the region West Alun Roberts confirmed in Prijedor that "yesterday were registered the reiterated arson of abandoned Serbian homes in the region of the municipality Drvar". "In the village Bastasi the members of IPTF discovered few burned houses, and from the local police is required to start immediately the investigation for finding and punishing the perpetrators" - explained Mr. Roberts at the press conference.

BELGRADE - The Hague's Tribunal has double standards when indictments for war crimes against Serbs in Moslem detention camp Celebici are in question, because there do not exist indictments for genocide but only for murders, and raping of Serbs were not qualified as the acts against humanity. After this assessment, Mirjana Samardzija, the director of the Committee for war crimes in the Congress of the Serbian Unifying warned that in the Hague's prison are kept seven persons, but only against four is submitted the indictment for atrocities done in Celebici.

ZAGREB - His Eminence Metropolitan Zagrebacko-Ljubljanski Mr. Jovan requested from serbs in Srem-Baranja region to stay in this region and cast their ballots on the elections envisaged for April 16 this year. In the statement, which conveys Reuters, he called the3e Croatian authorities on "tolerance and understanding in the time of implementation of reintegration".
