SARAJEVO - The Presidency of B-H started its session in Lukavica. Attending
are all three presidents - Momcilo Krajsinik, Alija Izetbegovic and
Kresimir Zubak, and the agenda will be agreed upon during the session.
BANJALUKA - ITPF spokesman, Alun Roberts, stated at a press conference in
Banjaluka that Croats are keeping with pressures on the remaining Serbs in
Drvar, to force them to leave their homes. This claim was proved by an
incident three days ago when president and vice-president of the
Association of Croat War Veterans entered the home of a Serb and threatened
him with dislodgement if anyone from Republika Srpska (RS) visits him.
PARIS - The head of the RS Bureau in France, Miodrag Jankovic handed over
the Order of Njegos the Second to Dimitri Analis, a Greek poet in diplomat,
who got this Order from RS president Biljana Plavsic. In his speech,
Jankovic said that: "Your people and your Church - Greeks - are our true
brothers. You are the only ones among all peoples to offer protection for
our children and our wounded".
BEOGRAD - The Serbian Radical Party (SRS) sharply condemned the "attempts
by the US administration to make the biggest quasidemocartic problem in
Europe from alleged difficult position of the Albanian minority in the
Kossovo". "Serbia should protect its territorial wholeness and sovereignty,
and that is why it is senseless to hold any negotiations on the status of
the Kossovo and Metohija in Serbia and FR Yugoslvia", says a communique.
TREBINJE - The president of the Council of "Ducic's Poetry Nights",
Ljubomir Zukovic, assessed as very successful this cultural manifestation,
which traditionally takes pace every year in Trebinje, birth place of a
well-known poet Jovan Ducic.
