NEWS REVIEW, REPUBLIKA SRPSKA
VLASENICA - About 13,901 persons, i.e. 96% of the electorate were
registered at Vlasenica. According to the OSCE's decision, Vlasenica and
Milici are joined into a unit.
VUKOVAR - The chief of the Transitional Police Forces, Petar Dyukic,
announced that neither has anybody asked him or his associates in written
nor in oral form to undertake legal measures and actions against the former
mayor of Vukovar, Slavko Dokmanovic. Dyukic claims in the announcement that
he has not been acquainted at all with the details of Dokmanovic's arrest,
who was arrested by investigators of the Hague Tribunal, along with the
monitoring of UNTAES, on June 27th.
SARAJEVO - On the occasion of the 45th anniversary of the Faculty of
Economics in Sarajevo, a session of the Educational and Scientific Council
and the Council of the Faculty of Economics of University in Sarajevo took
place in Pale. The book titled 'Theory and Policy of the Economic
Development' and written by Branko Dyeric, was promoted at the session.
