NEWS REVIEW, REPUBLIKA SRPSKA

BANJA LUKA - The representatives of Republika Srpska /RS/ in the Council of Ministers of B&H in the Economic Chamber of the region Banja Luka acquainted the numerous economists and bankers from this region about the laws from the package for quick start. BELGRADE - The Parliamentary National Party /SNS/ fears of deepening the crisis in Montenegro, because the public was polarised to the until the dangerous proportions - is assessed in the announcement of the Presidency of SNS.

In the announcement from the Cabinet of the president of RS Parliament, forwarded to SRNA after the meeting, is stated that one of the reasons for stagnation of these activities is "because with this work, besides ICRC, which has a support of all parties in B&H, is dealing also a numerous international factors".

BANJA LUKA - The president of the Government of RS Gojko Klickovic and presidents of the Syndicate Union of RS Cedo Volas and Republican economic chamber Svetislav Mudrenovic signed in BAnja Luka the Amendments and supplements of the common collective contract adopted on March 11. At the meeting was agreed that soon to all budget beneficiaries would be paid outstanding debts, as well as that in Syndicate Union open the job for expert for collective contracts and social assurance.

BANJA LUKA - The prime minister of Republika Srpska Gojko Klickovic stated in Banja Luka that the goal of the requirements which are coming from the office of the High representative Carlos Westendorp are not the personal replacements of the leaders of the Serbian radio-TV /SRT/ but establishing full censorship over all contents which this house is broadcasting.

SARAJEVO - The spokesman of the Office of High representative Simon Haselock announced in sarajevo that on Thursday, October 23, will be held the session of the Council of Ministers of B&H.

PODGORICA - Milo DJukanovic is the new president of Montenegro which mandate will last next five years - confirmed the member of the Republican electoral commission /REC/ Milo Stankovic after announcing the final results and officially the results of the second round of the presidential elections.

PODGORICA - The Democratic Party of Socialists /DPS/ will never acknowledge the results of the presidential elections in Montenegro because they were not legal and democratic, stated Momir Bulatovic at the protest rally in Podgorica before 30,00 citizens.

PODGORICA - Momir Bulatovic, now already the former president of Montenegro, appealed on all international institutions to come in Montenegro and impartially reveal all irregularities and violations of electoral rules.

PRISTINA - After announcing results of presidential elections in Montenegro the Regional Board of the Socialistic Party of Serbia /SPS/ of the Kosovska Mitrovica region sent a letter of support to Momir Bulatovic "with the desire to persist in revealing all electoral misuses".

BELGRADE - The Austrian author Peter Handke opened in Belgrade the 42th international fair of books, on which participate all publishers from FR Yugoslavia and 90 exhibitors from abroad. At the 42th international book fair in Belgrade RS is represented by SRNA and "Oslobodjenje" from Serbian Sarajevo, "Endowment Petar Kocic" Banja Luka -Beograd, "Glas Srpski" from Banja Luka and the Institute for books and lecture resources of RS.
