[01] Committee of Ministers of CoE to examine Turkey's failure to
implement ECHR judgment on Cyprus
Turkey's failure to implement the European Court of Human Rights'
judgment on the «Varnava and others vs Turkey» case will be examined by
the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe.
The representatives of the 47 member states of the Council of Europe will
examine implementation of the judgments and decisions of the European
Court of Human Rights on 5-7 March 2013. This supervisory role of the
Committee of Ministers is provided for under Article 46 of the European
Convention on Human Rights.
