CLINTON
US president Bill Clinton says he is determined to help resolve Greek-
Turkish differences and the Cyprus issue during his second term.
SPIRIDAKI
The farmers' protests, now in their third week, have attracted the
attention of the media around the world.
CNN asked Antenna's New York correspondent, Alexandra Spiridaki, about the
farmers' and the government's tough economic policies.
MRB POLL
The first major poll on voter preferences carried out since the national
elections in September show that the two main parties are in a slump.
The MRB survey shows that Pasok and New Democracy are pretty much where
they are when they last major survey was carried out BEFORE the election.
SKLIVA-STEPHANOPOULOS
The new Miss World, Irini Skliva, is back in Greece for the holidays,
before she begins her rigorous one-year reign as the world's most beautiful
woman. Her itinerary will be packed with a number of appearances at events
in aid of children with special needs.
And, as she prepares to dive into her assignments, Irini got some sage
advice from the president of Greece.
ANT1 BOOK DRIVE
Antenna television recently said a big "thanks" to its viewers for their
show of Christmas generosity.
Antenna sponsored a book drive to get books to children in remote parts of
Greece, but also to Greek kids living abroad.
ND REVIEW
Kostas Simitis's ability to take command of Pasok and lead Pasok to a
general election victory left some of New Democracy's top members
determined to oust party leader Miltiades Evert.
VOLUNTEERS
It's Christmas time and offering comes a lot in our mind, especially in
those holy days of love.
Antenna's Maria Papapanagiotou went to a shelter for elderly people, where
volunteers work to take care of people in need.
