SARAJEVO - The minister of foreign affairs of Republika Srpska (RS), Aleksa Buha, talked in Pale with the French ambassa dor to Sarajevo, Yves Godel, and representative of the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Christian Pauls, about the place of common bodies of the Dayton B-H. Following the meeting, minister Buha stated that they discussed "process of votes counting, which is continued in Sarajevo, as well as bags which are constantly arriving, but nobody is checking them". Minister Buha said that they talked about the setting up and the base of the joint bodies of the Dayton Bosnia. The French ambassador, while reminding his host at the Florence agreement, said that he "talked with minis ter Buha on bilateral relations and on the implementation of the agreement on disarmament which must be complied with to by all sides".

BEOGRAD - The president of the Democratic Party (SD) Zoran Djindjic, assessed at a press conference in Belgrade that the SDS victory "is the best result for the RS". According to Djindjic, only thanks to the Socialist Party of Serbia, the chairmanship of the B-H Presidency belongs to Alija Izetbegovic, but not to Momcilo Krajsinik.

BANJALUKA - The president of the Serbian Party of the Kraji na, Predrag Lazarevic, stated that "with exercising its policy of combined pressures, the international elements only homogenised the Serbian people and tied it stronger to the SDS". "The Serbian people did not allow itself to be tricked", stated Lazarevic, adding that the voters consider that it was more safe to preserve RS, than to make experiments with other political parties.

PRISTINA - The Serbian Movement of Resistance for the Kosso vo and Metohija, sent a congratulations to the SDS for the victo ry at he elections. The message was that "the Serbian people wanted the SDS to win for it was aware who would find the best way to lead it towards progress, and represent it in front of the world".

BEOGRAD - The president of the Congregational National Party (SNS), Slobodan Rakitic, expressed a partial pleasure with the elections in RS and the federation of B-H."The SNS is pleased with the results of the elections, in respect to unseen pressures made upon the SDS, the conditions of occupations under which the voting took place, and the manipulation with ballots from abroad", stated Rakitic at a press conference in Belgrade.

BEOGRAD - The Serbian Radical Party (SRS) announced that "it is not surprised by the state media in Belgrade which failed to report on election results in RS. The SRS announcement, made available to SRNA, says the Socialist Party of Serbia, however, did not predict the victory of the national patriotic parties, and defeat of the Alliance for Peace and Progress which repre sents Socialist Party's own defeat.

BEOGRAD - The UN spokesman in Belgrade Susan Manuel, ex pressed her suspicion that the Dayton Bosnia can be a multiethnic state. "According to our information, only 15,000 people went to other entity to vote, which is a fact that brings the idea of multiethnic Bosnia into question", stated Manuel at a press conference in Belgrade.

BANJALUKA - The RS Commission for POW Exchange, led by pathologist Dr. Zeljko Karan, identified three additional bodies of soldiers killed last year in the CroatMuslim offensive at western RS. The identified are: Dusan (Borivoja) Roljic, 1958, from Drvar, and Petar (Radomira) Jotanovic, 1958, from Teslic - both exhumed from the Kamen mass grave near Glamoc - and Vlado (Petra) Vasilic, 1972, from Srbac, who lost his life in Paljenik, near Vozuca.

SARAJEVO - Parliamentary parties in the Muslim part of the B - H Federation expect Alija Izetbegovic to act at his Paris meeting with Milosevic as a "chief of state of B-H". The presi dent of the Party for B-H, Haris Silajdzic, welcomes the meeting and expects Izetbegovic will pose questions "of protection of external B-H borders" and the Muslims in Sanjak.

SARAJEVO - The Muslim RadioSarajevo reporter assessed as a "national tragedy" the fact that the SDS got 72.9 percent of votes in Srebrenica, while Fikret Abdic's Democratic Peoples Community got 53.6 percent of votes in Velika Kladusa.
